Entoloma nitidum Quel. Acélkék döggomba. Cap and stem Dark metallic blue, cap 2-5cm across, domed. Stem 5-8x4-7 lighter at the base. Gills white then pink as spores mature. Stem fibrous, dark blue. Scent and taste mild. Spores pink, with 5-8 flattened surfaces, 7-8.7x6-8um. Found in acid coniferous woods. The contrast between the white gills and strong blue colours of the cap are distinctive.
